Every enterprise AI pitch needs a sovereignty angle
Regulated buyers — BFSI, healthcare, government — don't buy AI on capability alone. They buy it when you solve the data residency problem first. Azure Local changed my entire GTM playbook at HCLTech. The pitch isn't "our AI is better." It's "your data never leaves your boundary."

RAG vs Knowledge Graphs: the PM's real decision
Benchmarks will tell you RAG wins. Production will tell you it depends. When I designed Co-Assist for the US PBM client, we chose structured KG for regulatory lookup and RAG for clinical narrative. The architecture choice is a product tradeoff, not a tech preference.

GPU sizing is a product skill, not an infra skill
When a CIO asks "what will this cost?", the answer lives in token economics, VRAM constraints, and batch size — not in a vendor quote. I built the AI Advisor (aiadvisor.co.in) at HCLTech because no PM tool existed for this. It identified a $4M pipeline in 3 months and is now live as a public product.

The $3M agentic AI deal, the Ford Pro GCP migration, the UK hotel API strategy — none of it is publicly linkable. So I rebuilt the proof: open-source chatbot, sizing calculator, RFP configurator. The portfolio IS the signal. Client IP blocks showing, not building.
